Terms of Service

This is an English translation provided for convenience. D4 Builds is operated in the Republic of Korea, and the Korean text is the legally binding version; if the two differ, the Korean text prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions of use of D4 Builds (the "Service", https://d4builds.kr) and the rights and obligations of the operator and its members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means this non-commercial fan website providing Diablo IV build guides, planners, item information and similar content.
• "Member" means a user who has agreed to these terms and created an account.
• "Build content" means builds and any other material a member creates or submits to the Service.

Article 3 (Publication and amendment of these terms)

The operator publishes these terms within the Service. If they are amended, the effective date and the reason will be announced at least 7 days beforehand; continuing to use the Service after that date is treated as acceptance of the amended terms.

Article 4 (Accounts)

• Registration is complete once you supply an email address, password and display name and accept these terms and the privacy policy.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your own account, and it may not be transferred or lent to anyone else.
• To close your account, write to contact@d4builds.kr; the operator will act on the request without delay.

Article 5 (What the Service provides)

• The Service is free of charge and is an unofficial fan service whose purpose is to provide game-related information.
• Balance patches and seasonal changes may cause information to diverge from the live game. No warranty is given as to accuracy or completeness.

Article 6 (Build content)

• Copyright in build content remains with the member who wrote it. The member grants the operator a free licence to publish, store, display and lightly edit (for example to fix typos) that content within the Service.
• You must not submit someone else's work without the rights holder's permission. You warrant that your build content does not infringe any third party's rights.
• Submitted builds are published after review, and the operator may refuse or remove content that is infringing, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate.

Article 7 (Prohibited conduct)

• Using another person's account, or interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Posting content that infringes copyright or other rights
• Bulk automated collection (scraping) or anything else that places an undue load on the Service
• Anything contrary to law or public order and morals

Article 8 (Intellectual property notice)

This Service is an unofficial fan site and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Diablo IV and its game data, images and names are the property of Blizzard Entertainment (© Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.), and are used here for informational purposes only. Material will be corrected or removed without delay on request from the rights holder. To report infringement: contact@d4builds.kr

Article 9 (Changes, suspension and limitation of liability)

• The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service, and will announce significant changes in advance.
• As the Service is provided free of charge, the operator is not liable for damage arising from its use except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Article 10 (Governing law)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to use of the Service will be heard by the court having jurisdiction under those laws.
