3 pcsGain Cyclone Armor for free. Cyclone Armor grants 30% Damage Reduction and triggers when Close enemies damage you. This effect can only happen once every 10 seconds, affected by Cooldown Reduction.
5 pcsStorm Skills have a 20% chance to Double Cast and a 5% chance to Triple Cast. Double Casts gain a 100% damage bonus and Triple Casts gain a 300% damage bonus.
